Board Of Directors The annual HOA meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2008 at 7:00 PM at Crossroads Church. On the agenda is committee meetings, board elections, ad 2009 budget ratification. There are 2 board positions to fill. At board meetings the first 30 minutes of the meetings are open for residents Q&A. Each resident will have 3 minutes to speak on his/her topic. If you have an item that you would like to address in front of the board, you need to contact Kris Milstead at Kris@HermanMgmt.com at least 2 days prior to the meeting with your name, topic to discuss, and any presentation material that you will use.
