Board Of Directors Board meetings will be held on second Tuesday of the month at 7:00 PM at the clubhouse. All residents are welcome to attend. At board meetings the first 30 minutes of the meetings are open for residents Q&A. Each resident will have 3 minutes to speak on his/her topic. If you have an item that you would like to address in front of the board, you need to contact Laura Terbeek at least 2 days prior to the meeting with your name, topic to discuss, and any presentation material that you will use.
